Dianne ffitch has been involved in theatre from the age of 5. Since graduating in 2007 with a First Class Honours Degree in performing arts, she has variously lectured at university and higher education colleges, set up a touring theatre company and been involved in many productions as an actor, director and designer.
Discovering a passion for playwriting, she has spent the last two years mostly writing for the amateur stage, and running a growing youth theatre in the South West of England. Her youth theatre plays have been performed in the UK and US, and her first full length play, Dancing in Bluebells, was staged in 2025 in Devon, UK.
To date, Dianne has written 8 full length plays, 3 one act, 3 pantomimes, and 16 short plays. And still she writes!
